Orders are generally shipped with-in 2-3 days of an order being placed. We always communicate with you regarding back orders.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: You must notify us with in seven business of your wish to return or exchange merchandise. We must receive the merchandise with in seven business days of you notifying us. A full refund of your purchase price will be given when the merchandise is received in new condition. Saddle returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee, no charge for saddle exchanges. No refund will be given for merchandise returned in damaged or used condition. All orders must be prepaid.

Q:What size should I order? A: We have a very large selection of charts that give different sizes and instructions on how to measure for a particular item. Still not sure call one of our knowledgeable staff and ask a question. We are always happy to help.
